Wine cellars & chefs under the spotlight

Every summer for seven years we have tasted the best Umbrian wines at the Palazzo del Gusto. “Cantine & Chef alla ribalta” has been a great success that attracts gourmets and wine connoisseurs. From July to September there will be many appointments with fine wine and great food. This is an exquisite way to appreciate the richness and diversity of high-quality Umbrian wines - from Orvieto Classico to Sagrantino, from Torgiano to Colli Amerini, from Trasimeno to Acquasparta. Each Friday evening some of the best chefs in Orvieto will create great dishes to go with the fine wines of a particular cellar, then we and the owner of the cellar will judge the results.
